haepick Service Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Udang Network Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of the haepick service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- “Service” means the haepick mobile application and related services provided by the Company.
- “User” means any person who accesses the Service and uses the Service in accordance with these Terms, including both members and non-members.
- “Member” means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and has entered into a service use agreement with the Company.
- “Content” means all information, images, text, data, analysis results, and other materials provided through the Service.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
- The Company shall post these Terms so that users can easily review them through the initial screen of the Service, the membership registration process, or a separate linked page.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
- If the Company amends these Terms, it shall notify users of the effective date and the reasons for amendment through the Service at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date. In cases where the amendment is unfavorable to users, notice shall be given at least thirty (30) days in advance.
- If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may cancel membership. Continued use of the Service after the effective date shall be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Cosmetic ingredient analysis using skin filters
- Product information analysis and provision through cosmetic photo capture
- Cosmetic information search and browsing services
- Cosmetic management and product usage history recording services
- Other services developed or provided through partnerships by the Company
- The Company may modify all or part of the Services as necessary for operational or technical reasons.
- The Company endeavors to provide the Services twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. However, the Services may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance, server expansion or replacement, transition to new services, or other necessary circumstances, in which case prior notice will be provided.
Article 5 (Membership Registration)
